As the world whirls with turmoil and haste, guide us to the quiet center of your peace.
In the simplicity of breathing, in the gentle rhythm of our hearts, let us find the sacred connection that binds us to all— the trees, the winds, the stars, and every soul met along the way.
Teach us to feel, deeply and without fear, the profound power of the present moment where you, dear God, reside.
In the midst of noise, in the heart of chaos, help us to recognize the space between our thoughts, where silence speaks loudest, and where we are one with the universe, whole and unbroken.
